What we collect
Only what you email to us yourself. The site has no accounts, form backend, tracking scripts or analytics, and it does not record search queries.
Preferences kept in your browser
Your theme, language choice, dismissed alert numbers and recent searches (if enabled) stay in your own browser and are never sent to us or any third party.
Purpose
To answer your email and to send what you subscribed to.
Retention
We delete emails sent to us after one month, or once your matter is resolved.
Server logs
We keep no access logs. Email, DNS and hosting providers may keep their own logs under their own policies.
Where data is held
The site is hosted on Huawei Cloud Object Storage in Singapore. Emails are handled by our email provider.
Hosting
The host may process connection data such as IP addresses to serve pages; we add no tracking to the pages.
Access, correction and deletion
Email contact@cyberinsight.info and we will handle your request as applicable law requires.
Applicable law
The operator is based in Malaysia. This notice and the handling of your personal data are governed by the laws of Malaysia, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (as amended), to the extent it applies.
